The driving force behind UK Nanny is an award winning Nanny that cares passionately about the industry.

Helen McCarthy

Helen is the founder and CEO of UK Nanny Ltd and is a qualified NNEB with over 30 years experience within the industry. In 2016 Helen was awarded International Nanny of the Year by the International Nanny Association. She currently services as President of the International Nanny Association (INA). Helen works as a Nanny and NCS, devoting her spare time to help Nannies within the UK and those across the globe too.
