UK Nanny is an events company for Nannies and those within the Childcare Industry. UK Nanny has a membership club which is solely for Nannies and not companies.
Membership will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We will send you a reminder 30 days before your membership expires.
Remember to keep your personal profile up to date and change in your personal details, e.g., name or address if needed.
UK Nanny will aim to respond to membership requests and renewal of membership within two working days from the date of contact. Voice messages left will be responded to within 24hrs.
How to cancel your UK Nanny Club Membership
If you decide to cancel your membership within 14 days of joining, we will refund your membership in full, provided that you inform us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org Subject Cancellation.
However, should you have taken advantage of any of our membership offers or discounts you will not be eligible for a refund. If a member breaches any rule(s) of membership, their membership will be revoked and no refund due.
What happens if UK Nanny cancels your Membership
UK Nanny reserves the right to cancel your membership, if you do not adhere to the Code of Conduct or should any of your actions bring UK Nanny into disrepute. No refund of subscription will be paid in these circumstances. UK Nanny CEO decision is final in every case.
Members Only Area
Access to some areas of UK Nanny website is restricted. UK Nanny has the right to restrict access these areas.
You will be able to access these areas once your membership has been approved. You will require a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of our website and content.
You must ensure that any user ID and password are kept completely confidential. The Member must accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their user ID or password. As part of your UK Nanny membership, we remind you that all discount codes and offers are for your use only and should not be passed on to family or friends or even used to book multiple tickets. Should we find out that you have shared these with non-members you will be in breach of membership terms and conditions. You UK Nanny membership will be cancelled immediately, and a refund of your membership will not be paid plus you will not be eligible to apply for UK Nanny membership at any other time.
