Food Allergies 101

Goldie Putrym is an allergy author and educator, and the founder of Allecza: The Allergy & Eczema Company and will be speaking on Food Allergies 101

Driven by scientific research, Goldie works on eczema clinical trials at University of Nottingham, and does food allergy research at Southampton University where she is doing her pre-PhD training.

Goldie holds an MEng in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College and an MA in Journalism from City University. She has published three books on food allergies and has run workshops on two continents.

Above all, she is a hands-on mum of two children with eczema and food allergies.
